  1. The administrator of the User's personal data is YELLOWSPORT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice, 40-384, ul. ks. bpa Herberta Bednorza 2A/bud. F5, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001004405, holding NIP 954-284-79-50 and a share capital of PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zloty).

The User’s personal data is protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  5. Personal data of the Users will be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes: a. Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form. b. Providing electronic services (creating and managing the User Account). c. Marketing the Administrator's own products.
  6. The legal basis for processing personal data is: a. In the case mentioned in point 4(a) – the legitimate interests of the Administrator in communicating with the User. b. In the case mentioned in point 4(b) – the necessity to perform the service. c. In the case mentioned in point 4(c) – the legitimate interests of the Administrator in marketing its own products. d. For data provided beyond the mandatory fields in the form – the User's consent.
  7. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to consent to the processing of personal data marked as mandatory will prevent responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form or providing electronic services.

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form, to provide electronic services, or, if the processing is based on consent, until the consent is withdrawn. Afterward, the data may be processed for the period required for the statute of limitations for potential claims.
  9. The User’s personal data may be entrusted for processing to entities that enable the Administrator to provide services. Recipients of personal data include, but are not limited to: hosting service providers, website maintenance and development companies, digital marketing companies, and accounting firms.

The User has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If the processing is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw it at any time.

Providing data is voluntary; however, its absence will prevent the service from being performed.
